It would be difficult to be able to wash up each morning without the necessary shower enclosure. There are many different types of enclosures that you are able to choose from. Framed
Framed shower doors are the most affordable. This is because they are designed with thin tinted or frosted glass that is supported using steel or aluminum frames. They slide from side to side on a track that is installed on the edge of the bathtub
Frameless
The frameless shower enclosures are the most popular even though not everyone has them. They are quite a bit more expensive then the frames – which makes it difficult for people to be able to fit this into the budget. It is designed with such thick glass that it does not require any type of frame. With the lack of a frame people don’t have to worry about the steel or aluminum getting in the way of their theme and allows them to create the ideal shower setup.
These are often used for much larger showers and can fit between one to four people inside at one time. This leaves you plenty of room to install shelves for your soap and shampoo. They can also have a special seat built inside for people who are older and have a hard time standing up in the shower.
Semi-Framed
This is close to the frameless – but is more affordable. It has the features that you love from the frameless enclosure without having to dig too deep in your wallet. This is designed with a frame on either side of it – but not on the top and bottom. These will be slightly smaller then what you might like and may only fit one person at a time.
Shower Doors
A great way to change up the look of your shower enclosure is to purchase a door to go on it that is more unusual. There are dozens of types of doors that you are able to choose from that range in various colors and designs. Some of them are crystal clear and allow you to see out without any problems. Others are tinted or frosted to provide you with some privacy. If you want to take it a step further then you can find a shower door that has special etchings and designs.
