Decorating a bathroom is not a problem for most women. They will put up pictures of lighthouses or their favorite animals and have bright colors on the walls. For men it is slightly harder. When they are married they let their wives decide how it will look. However, when they are single they want it to be more to their bachelor taste.
Color
It is best to use colors that are neutral and masculine. Using something like light blue or pale yellow is not what a guy wants. Instead they want something tan or gray. This makes it easy for the color to match the look of any towel that they use.
Decorations
One of the hardest parts of decorating a bachelors bathroom is finding the right decorations. Men prefer to have simple items – but that are also refined. The rugs should be large and fluffy – but without ruffles. On the walls you can put up pictures of cars or something that they like. Most men though don’t need anything hanging on the walls.
Accessories
They might not have many things – but they still need a place to put their toothbrush and razors. Hanging up a black or silver shelf next to the sink is a great thing to use. It should match the colors on the wall and should be large enough to hold a toothbrush holder or any decorations.
Fixtures
Men don’t always care what type of toilet or shower they are using. However, it helps to have modern and sleek faucets and shower heads. These are both functional and add a slight edge to the whole room.
